With brand new living room furniture, you'll never be at a loss for comfort and the dining room table comfortably seats 6. The sleek kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a stackable washer and dryer and a drip coffee pot. There is a primary bedroom with a king size bed and a private ensuite bath. The adorable second bedroom has a queen and full size beds and a twin with a trundle bed in the third bedroom also known as the "Crow's Nest." All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed. Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, and fitness center. You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property!
