You will enjoy a large terrace protected by mosquito nets and a pleasant garden. We are close to USF, 15 minutes from Bush garden, the zoo and downtown Tampa, close to restaurants and bars 40 minutes from the first immaculate white beaches. 1 hour from Disney parks. 20 minutes from the airport This beautiful brick house, air-conditioned was remodeling in 2018, by a french couple in love with Tampa Bay area. The house is composed of a beautiful dinning room and a large living room, you will also enjoy the two large bedrooms and several closets. The main bedroom with a king bed has blackout curtains and double glazing, so that your nights could be quieter. You will have the choice to have your lunch and dinner in the quiet and luminous dinning room or in the living room to enjoy the TV while eating. The fully equipped kitchen ( Hotplates, Oven, Fridge, Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffe Maker, Toaster...) will allow you to prepare wonderful meals. In the evening you could relax on the large patio, without risk of being bitten by mosquitoes thanks to its mosquitp net structure. You will have access to our BBQ to enjoy a dinner with your family or friends. Close to several stores and restaurants. Uber and Lyft will allow you to spend an evening out in Ybor City or Downtown Tampa without any inconvenients of parking. Many attraction are located less than an hour driving included the famous amusement park Bush Gardens and several Beaches. Guests will have access to the entire house and garage Guests will have access to all the house exept a room that will remain lock for our personal belongings. This accomodation is our vacation house that we rent when we are not present. Our daughter lives nearby and would answer all your questions. She speaks English, Spanish and French. There is space to park your car in front of the house. Less than 15 minuts walking there is the bus stop for the university (USF). Easy to move with Uber and Lyft. You will be able to check-in at anytime from 4pm. The keys will be located in the lockbox, you will get the password the day you check in at 3pm. The alarm will be desactiveted at 4pm.
