This lovely space is a 600 Sq. Ft. Studio apartment located in Silverton, Colorado. The location is on a nice quiet corner of town within walking distance to all the main amenities. This unit is nice and cozy, with windows optimized for the views. It is a perfect place to stay for all your Silverton adventures! This is a “monthly rental” with a one month minimum booking. The space This is an upstairs unit of a duplex. The space can be entered through a lower door off the ally or a spiral staircase behind the house. There is a nice deck off the back to enjoy the morning or evening light, take in the mountain scenery, or simply watch the train roll into town. The inside is an open concept with a private bedroom. The space is very cozy! During the summer months heating or cooling is usually not necessary and can be done by simply opening or closing the windows. Should heat be needed the new furnace works like a charm! The owners previously called this unit home for the last 7 years and absolutely loved the space. Guest access Guests can park off the ally in the back and enter through the covered porch or up the spiral staircase. Make sure the door you enter has a keypad lock. There is one back door on the house that accesses the other Airbnb unit. Other things to note This unit is listed as a monthly rental, because we can only rent it once a month. You must make an inquiry for at least 28 days.
