The apartment has a double size bed. Located on a pedestrian street, fully independent entrance. Its designed for two people, has a diner, living room, private bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. TOP location. Amazing private rooftop. Other things to note - Given the central location of the house, you may hear some street noise during your stay. If you are a light sleeper you may want to pack earplugs. - Parking in the historic center can be tricky, the location allows for everything to be within walking distance whenever possible. - There is a dedicated desk/workspace here if you need to catch up on some work during your stay. - To preserve the colonial style the floor is original from the 1930s, it may be a bit stained from natural wear and tear. - The terrace is technically private because the space is bounded by a fence rather than a wall, so you may be able to say hello to neighbors enjoying their rooftop. - City cleaning crews pass in front of the property making noise, this is just part of city life, but something you must understand when staying anywhere in Centro. - As seen in the photos, there are quite a few stairs.
