Sleeps 4 comfortably, beach front condominium with pool, tennis court and private beach. Property is perfect for pets with large grassy areas and sidewalks for walking along beside the gulf beautiful white sandy beach. Pet friendly: Up to 2 dogs 45lbs or less. Guest access Private gated Beach. Beach service available for rent at the beach. Other things to note Pet fees disclaimer: Emotional support dogs are not considered service dogs under the ADA. They may be trained for a specific owner, but they are not trained for specific tasks or duties to aid a person with a disability, and this is the main difference between ESAs and service dogs. ESA dogs is subject to a fee. Service dogs under ADA proof fee will be waived. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee per stay to help cover the furry clean-up PET POLICY: - Acceptable Pets are welcome all well-mannered, disease-free animals weighing 45 lbs, dogs, no cats. - Guest pets must be treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival. - Leashes. Dogs must be leashed or held in arms in all common areas. The discovery of any unreported pet/pets after checking in will result in a penalty fee of $150 per unreported pet. - Dogs not allowed on the pool area. The violation of any terms of this pet policy subjects the guest to additional fines or termination of the rental period. - We reserve the right to require immediate removal of any pet that displays dangerous or unacceptable behavior, including, but not limited to, biting, excessive barking, evidence of disease, or urination or defecation in public areas. You will be responsible for all charges relating to the removal of your pet including transportation and kennel charges. - Damage to the property and Common Areas: Your account will be charged for the repair or replacement cost for any damage caused by your pet. The violation of any terms of this pet policy subjects the guest to additional fines or termination of the rental period. Cats: Unfortunately, we don't accept cat's due allergies complain by guests. On March 15, 2011, the ADA amended this provision to certify that dogs are the only recognized service animals, despite all the joy and love our cats bring us, they are unfortunately not considered service animals. Early check-in’s: Not available during season (spring/summer), only exception is if the guest pays extra cleaning fee $170 for extra cleaner, please don’t ask. Late check out will be an extra cleaning fee also added to the bill. Any broken furniture/decor or anything missing, your account will be charged for the replacement.
