Second floor: - Fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, cheese fondue pot, raclette machine, all the basics you need in a kitchen (dishwasher tablets, detergent, kitchen towels, aluminum foil, etc.) - Comfortable sofa with flat screen TV, Airplay music system. - Fireplace suspended between living room and dining room. - Balconies on both sides of the living room. - A gas barbecue. - Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom; shower and toilet. - Separate toilet. - 1 parking space in front of the apartment, easy to unload, and 1 parking space in the underground garage.
