Cute and cozy, we welcome u to our 35m2 studio in city center, with everything you need for a pleasant stay :) Artistic & eclectic, yet clean and neat, good traffic connections, 10 min. walking distance to the City center - your home is waiting! :) The space Hi travellers! :) We offer you our 35m2 nice apartment in the center of the city. We guarantee you your total privacy, since we live in another place and won't be bothering you, unless of course, you'll be needing our help after checking in, which we will be happy to provide on your request! :) Two persons capacity, 1 queen size bed - with 160x 200 mattress, fitted in one room connected to small kitchen, clean bathroom with bathtub and the hallway. - Central electric heating to keep you warm in colder days and an AC for the heatwaves, and best part of all... - excellent traffic connections, which make discovering the city and enjoying it a breeze! The apartment is equipped with a work desk, dining table, 3 chairs, furnished with a sofa and a wardrobe to provide extra storage space during your stay. Guest access We are also at your disposal if you will be needing any extra service while staying at the place or any other need that may come up :) We provide some bathroom utensils that you might need during your stay ( toilet paper, shampoo, hair dryer, cleaning products, etc.). In the kitchen, there is basic equipment for preparing a meal, such as cooking pots, cutlery, as well as basic ingredients available (salt, pepper, sugar, etc.). We have also prepared some coffee and tea pots for you so you can enjoy relaxing moments and home feeling during your stay :) U can freely use optical wireless internet with no extra charge, and if u prefer drinking your morning coffee outside, also just in the street next to yours u can find Booksa, small and lovable cultural club/book shop/wifi spot that also serves great coffee and tea for a also very reasonable price, from where you can check your emails and surf.
