Fiber optic internet, a full kitchen, air conditioning along with 1 off street parking spot & street parking, fenced back yard with gas grill, patio furniture & umbrella. Other things to note No pets allowed. Policy Violation Fee: $150 plus the additional cleaning required. Also, the maximum number of people that can stay at the house is 4. Policy Violation Fee: $100 per additional guest per night. During summer we install a window AC unit in the social area; if needed, we add one in each bedroom.
