Refrigerator, stove, microwave/toaster oven, utensils, cutlery, glassware, towels, sheets, A/C, fan, smart TV, washing machine on property & SOLAR HOT WATER. The space We would LOVE to host your friends at Veronica's #3 as well... Simple elevated apartment with living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms with queen beds. Strong Wifi - Six (6) TP-Link Deco M5 devices distribute the 100 Mbs plan's coverage (the highest available) throughout the whole of the property - including the outdoor spaces. Refrigerator, stove, microwave/toaster oven, utensils, cutlery, glassware, towels, sheets, A/C, fan, Wifi, smart TV, washing machine on property. We encourage our guests to switch off the A/C units when leaving the house. We hope you will do your part to be environmentally conscious. We have SOLAR HOT WATER, so no, it's not electric or gas fired, so no it doesn't get scalding hot. Guest access The apartment includes access to the common laundry room which contains a washing machine and linen. etc. Other things to note The backyard has fruit trees; mango, golden apple, guava, breadfruit, and coconuts. I have no control over the fruit and if any fall on you, that’s on you so please watch out!!! NB: We do charge every guest after the first two $10 per night... now... our back office system (third-party) charges this automatically, but Airbnb still wants us to include this in their system... so there is a chance that you may be charged double! I did warn Airbnb about this but they say this is the workaround... Happy to correct any issues... be assured of that! Thank you!
