Upon entering the property, there is a hallway which leads to the lounge, downstairs toilet, kitchen, and back garden. The lounge is equipped with a tilt and turn TV, a Bluetooth speaker, and a desk as well as a three-seater sofa and two armchairs. Following, is the exceptional open plan kitchen and dining area which includes all the essentials you will need during your stay including utensils, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, a fridge - freezer including a water dispenser, a wine cooler, and a four-seater dining table. The kitchen also includes doors leading to the back garden which includes a BBQ and outdoor furniture. Upstairs are two bedrooms and the main bathroom. The first bedroom comprises of two twin beds a double wardrobe and a chest of drawers to store your belongings during your stay. The master bedroom benefits from a king size bed, a wardrobe, and a large set of drawers. The master bedroom also benefits from gorgeous views of Durham Castle.
