Other things to note Classic Charm: Los Castillos was built in 1989 and renovated in 2000. It offers wonderful character and space for large groups but may not have the latest modern finishes. We work hard to keep the villa clean and well-maintained. Tropical Living: Due to the humidity, sun, and salt in the air, older homes in Playa del Carmen can sometimes require attention. Should any issue arise during your stay, our dedicated local team is ready to address it promptly. Stocking Up: Please note that we do not provide groceries, drinking water, or other beverages. We recommend visiting a nearby grocery store upon arrival to purchase everything you need for your stay. Need More Space?: This villa is one of two identical Castillos on the property. If your group is larger than 25, you can rent both villas together to accommodate up to 50 guests. Please inquire for more details. Security Deposit: We are connected to Airbnb with API software and thus are responsible for damages at our home. This requires a security deposit of $1500usd fully refundable OR a $59 fee that is not refundable, outside of the Airbnb platform.
