This listing is for one of the 2 Castillos built in 1995. This property includes two buildings which can be rented together to accommodate parties of up to 50 guests. Located at the entrance of Fase 1, the rental is within walking distance to the beach, 5th Ave, and offers a partial ocean view from the rooftop plunge pool and seating area. The ground floor of the rental features a living room that opens directly into the shared front yard pool. An outdoor shower is also available to wash away beach sand. The house is divided into three levels, each with a kitchen and living area, as well as three bedrooms. The open concept and open air architecture allow for a tropical breeze throughout the entire rental. The gated community and 24-hour security across the street ensure a safe and secure stay. Please note that pets are welcome for an additional fee of $40 per night per pet ($10 refundable deposit and $30 fee), which must be requested after booking. Please also note that the rental does not provide any groceries or beverages, so it is recommended to visit the grocery store after your arrival. Built in 1989 and renovated in 2000, they may not have the latest modern amenities, but they can accommodate large groups of up to 50 guests. Despite being an older property, our team works hard to keep the villas clean and well-maintained. However, due to the humidity, sun, and salty air in Playa del Carmen, older homes like these may require ongoing maintenance. If any issues arise during your stay, our team, led by Danny, is ready to address them promptly. If you are looking for a newer property, we have other listings available. However, if you appreciate the charm and character of an older home, the Los Castillos villas may be the perfect choice for your vacation. Please also note that we do not provide groceries, drinking water, or other beverages, so be sure to order everything you need from Paloma for deliveries before your arrival, or take a 2 minute taxi to the store for all of your supplies.
