Welcome to this cozy, self contained one bedroom apartment with a queen bed, a pull out sofa bed, kitchen, bath & private entrance located on the third floor in a Wolseley Character home! Our home is LGBTT2SQ* friendly. The space The apartment is welcoming and warm with much good sunlight and a treetop view. The apartment is equipped with high speed WIFI and a 46" TV equipped with Netflix. The space has one bedroom with one new queen sized bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. We hope when you arrive you find a spotless place for your stay. We fully change over all linens (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, blankets and towels) so you can be sure everything is fresh. If there is anything we have missed, please let us know right away and we will tend to it. Guest access This is a private, self contained apartment on a third floor with private entry, kitchen and bathroom. The door to the apartment has electronic locks, so accessing the space is convenient and arrival 24 hours a day is a breeze. Plus, you never have keys to carry! Other things to note We ask that the space be treated respectfully and returned as close as possible to the state it was when you arrived. Please wash and put away dishes. We will strip the bedding and take out garbage and recycling. If there is an abnormal amount of cleaning, we will charge an additional cleaning fee in relation to the extra time needed.
