Fully equipped for game night, enjoy shuffleboard, ping pong, foosball, a BBQ area, and private balcony and backyard. Less than a mile from the iconic Tower of Americas, Convention Center, Alamodome, and Riverwalk. The space This house was made for families or groups to be together and make lasting memories. The home is spacious enough for everyone to be comfortable if you're staying in to relax and reconnect. It is also perfect as your home base for your San Antonio adventures or wedding party. If you are social distancing from others you'll enjoy the outdoor space and love the indoor amenities for you and your group. A 12 ft shuffleboard table has been placed in the living room for everyone to enjoy. Plenty of wax (sand) present to have shuffleboard games into the early morning hours! We also have a ping pong table and foosball table in the 2 car garage. There are televisions in every room with Netflix. The balcony is a great place to hang out and enjoy a drink or use the tables and chairs that are in the garage to sit in the back of the house driveway and enjoy view of the Tower and Alamodome! Please limit your group to 5 cars or less so we do not disturb the neighbors. If your party will have more than 5 cars, please let us know and we will help you with alternative parking solutions (parking garages, etc..) The neighborhood of Southtown is incredible. Being so close to so many unique bars, restaurants, and art is phenomenal. We love being within a mile to anything you could ever imagine to eat or drink. The street the property is on has been city owned vacant land for many years. The city allowed architects to begin to build on these lots only 5 years ago. Our street is lined with beautiful new houses that were built around existing trees to preserve our tree-lined street. Renting this house on the first Friday of every month is a very special treat. Southtown has a tradition referred to as First Friday to where Alamo street becomes lined with artists, live music, food trucks, and so many activities. Restaurants and bars dot every block as you walk down South Alamo street. Even as a local, it is difficult to find parking. Fortunately, this house is a 19 minute walk from our favorite part of Southtown, Blue Star Complex. Parking will not be an issue, nor will finding an Uber, or even worse... trying to find your car!!!
