Description
Cute condo next to the clubhouse and pool. The clubhouse includes a small gym, kitchen, and dining area. Enjoy the pool and hot tub, year round** (see other details). The complex is adjacent to the Wolf Creek golf course and a short drive to the other 7 in the area. It is very close to the Eureka and Virgin River Casinos. It is also next to a park with a playground for the kids, or a nice walking path for a stroll. The space This is a two story, upper level condo, so there are stairs to the unit, and in the unit. Two smart TVs (loft 40" and living room 55") allow you to sign into your streaming accounts for your viewing pleasure. There is a DVD player in the living room if you'd like to bring or rent movies. Where you'll sleep: Bedroom 1: 1 king bed Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed Bedroom 3: An upstairs loft with 2 full beds **Please note, we consider a full size bed a 2 person bed. If that is not your preference, then our condo will comfortably sleep 6. Bathroom 1 is on the main floor and includes a tub/shower combo. It is a Jack and Jill bathroom with doors to bedroom 1 and the hallway. Bathroom 2 is on the second floor and includes a shower. There are extra sheets, pillows, and blankets in each bedroom closet. We provide towels, a few rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, a few detergent pods for the washer, and the dishwasher, a few garbage bags, etc. Please see the "What This Place Offers" section for a full list of amenities. We don't restock (toilet paper, towels, etc.) during your stay. This is not a hotel type property. It is a privately owned family condo. Please respect our home and follow the specified rules. We thank you for your kindness and cooperation! Guest access Please list the total number of guests who plan to stay. This is for stocking and safety reasons. ***Please note we cannot give the door code to anyone not listed on the reservation, unless we have permission from the one who made the reservation. Please ensure your party members are listed on the reservation for code access, or that you share the code with everyone in your party. You have one designated, covered parking space in front of the unit, #54 is your space. If you have additional vehicles, any space that is not covered is guest parking. There are many guest parling spots. Please do not park in other covered parking spaces reserved for other units, you may be towed at your own expense. Other things to note Please read the house booklet for important information about the condo, rules, and checkout procedures. Service Animals: You are not required to notify us that you are bringing a service animal, but we would appreciate being notified so that we may be prepared for any extra cleaning. We will not hesitate to report anyone we believe is falsifying a service animal. We are an HOA property. We don't have control over the HOA amenities, such as the pool, clubhouse, etc. We do not offer refunds for issues with HOA amenities of which we don't have control. Thank you for understanding. **Pool is heated President's day weekend to around March, and the end of September to the end of November. ***Please ensure your booking is correct and that you have read and understand the cancellation policy. We offer both a moderate and non-refundable option. Please be aware of which option you choose. In addition, our Reservation Alterations Policy is as follows: Renter may request changes to an existing reservation; however, all alterations are subject to availability and the policies outlined below: 1. Saturday checkouts are not permitted. If Renter would like to checkout on Saturday, they will not be refunded for that night. 2. If the original reservation was made during a period requiring a minimum stay of 2 nights or more, the reservation may not be shortened to fewer nights than the applicable minimum. No refund will be issued for unused nights shorter than the minimum stay requirements. Extensions are permitted based on availability. Minimum stay requirements are as follows: 1. 2 night minimum on weekdays 30 days or more before reservation 2. 2 night minimum on weekends always 3. 3 night minimum 60 days or more before reservation 4. 4 night minimum 90 days or more before reservation A reservation change fee may apply.
