This well-kept, recently renovated and finely furnished apartment is on the first and last floor of an early 900 years building and is equipped with all comforts. The space The entrance leads to a large ‘Living’ living area and directly overlooks the church of San Cesello through three French windows served by the characteristic balconies of the historic center. the ‘living’ area includes a full kitchen equipped with induction hob (no gas), oven and dishwasher. On the same floor there is also the first bathroom with shower. A staircase leads to the large bedroom served by the second full bathroom: the ceiling of the bedroom and the bathroom are enhanced by a characteristic solid wood roof on which there are "Velux" windows from which it is possible to admire a glimpse of the Cagliari Castle district.
