The space Our home has been designed to make you feel right at home on your vacation. High speed WIFI for those of you that still want to stay connected. Cozy living room offers a wood burning fireplace, 50” Smart TV, feel free to whip up a meal in the kitchen or relax in the one of the 3 comfy bedrooms. Enjoy fresh air on the back deck or country front porch, with a view of the mountains. BARREL SAUNA! The master bedroom has a 43” tv installed on the wall (not pictured). Well behaved dogs allowed for an additional $30. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet. Guest access This home is a duplex. Upper level (Unit A, where you will stay) of the home is available to guests staying in Unit A. Unit B entrance is in back of home. Unit B may be occupied during your stay. Units have separate HVAC systems and entrances. There is no entrance to lower unit from the interior of the home. Front, side and back yard are available to guests for exploring. Firepit in front yard available to guests of Unit A. Unit B will have fire pit in backyard. If you have a large party (more than 6) inquire with us and we can let you know our unit A & B combined rental rate. Other things to note Do not block the driveway, as guest in unit B will be coming and going. Property is on Route 230 which is a scenic byway and is a main road, you will hear cars as they drive past. Fun games are located in the entryway dresser. We offer Firefly WIFI and smart TV's. Charcoal grill available, guests provide charcoal. We do not have a dishwasher. Barrel sauna available to guest in unit A & B. This property is located on 4 acres of land, it is possible but not likely to see deer, racoons, geese, vermin, cats, dogs, bear and other wild animals, as well as bugs, including ants, bees, palmetto bugs, roaches, stink bugs, lady bugs etc on the property. We use pest control services to deal with all of these creatures. If you come across a dangerous animal or situation message me immediately through the Airbnb app. We will work to take timely action to deal with the anything that you may discover, both inside your space, outside, on our property. Many of these creatures are free roaming. We do not have control over anything that occurs on neighboring properties, and cannot be held liable for their maintenance and condition.
