You will have access to the full home which includes a full kitchen and private backyard with a pool and outdoor dining Guest access Prior to the booking I will share with you a code to get into the home via a smart lock. Other things to note House Rules : 1) Absolutely no parties or loud noise. The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is equipped with a noise detector. Loud noise includes music from speakers which is strictly prohibited. 2) Additional Guests must be pre-approved. 3) Driveway parking only. There is room for 2 small cars or one truck in the driveway. No street parking. 4) No Smoking Additional Rules: a. Check-in: After 4:00 PM b. Checkout: 10:00 AM c. Self check-in with keypad d. Must Notify of Pets at booking e. No visitors unless previously discussed and approved. f. No excessive noise at any time that would disturb neighbors g. No parking on grass or street-driveway parking only h. No illegal activity i.
