Located just 10 minutes from the gorgeous south Florida beaches, walking distance to great restaurants, and a short drive to excellent shopping! With four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, this home is PERFECT for groups of 6-8. A high-end and calming interior with a relaxing and private outdoor oasis! The space This home is newly renovated with high-end finishes, appliances, furniture and decor! This home is the perfect place to relax, unwind and have fun. There are great restaurants within walking distance and the kitchen is fully stocked! Just 15 minutes to PBI. OUTDOOR LIVING The outdoor area is fully equipped with a heated saltwater pool outside of the kitchen, grill and grill utensils, outdoor TV, bar area with stools, large dining table, lounge chairs, a firepit and bistro lights! Updated tropical landscaping and lighting surrounding the pool is an added sense of calm and privacy. INDOOR LIVING Two king sized beds, two queen sized beds, and 3.5 bathrooms are in the home. Several smart TV’s are throughout the home, there is an open floor plan, dining table and island, plus a workspace with monitor, and laundry area. The living space is very comfortable and accommodating! KITCHEN Fully equipped, high-end stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances, a Wolfe induction cooktop, quartz countertops, dishwasher, microwave, Vitamix, toaster, food processer, knife set, dishware and flatware, coffee pot, pour over and Keurig included (k cups provided) plus all the kitchen tools you could need to enjoy a meal at home! THINGS TO DO! This home is centrally located! Need help finding things to do? We can assist you in scheduling fishing charters, at-home massages, golf cart rentals, etc. You can also refer to our Welcome Guide which can be found in the house for local recommendations! GENERAL Wifi, washer/dryer, detergent, linens, towels, AC/heat, ceiling fans, beach chairs, beach towels all provided. Fenced in yard, but no gate around the pool. Towels and sheets provided! HOUSE RULES We have a strict no party policy! This home has a maximum capacity of 8 people, more than 8 people without prior approval will result in eviction. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No smoking anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a $400 fee. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Violation of these rules will result in eviction. The driveway is spacious enough for multiple cars. Cars parked on the street without prior approval will be towed. There will be a fee of $100 per car for any cars parked in the yard, and they are subject to be towed. No pets allowed. Evidence of pets without approval will result in a $400 fee. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Use of the pool heater is $25 per night. Please let us know if you'd like to use the pool heater during your stay! Guest access You'll have access to the entire property except the garage and a locked owners closet. Other things to note A glowing review from a happy guest: Rental is for a full house, with a circle drive. Upon entering the home, the majority of the home is open, with bedrooms along the outside. Plenty of common living space with bedrooms for everyone. In the back there is a well heated saltwater pool, grill and fire table. One thing the home is not short on is bath rooms, with 3 full and one half bathroom, so slim chances for being locked out when getting ready or cleaned up after pool time. The appliances were easy to operate, along with plenty or pans, and cooking utensils. The owner does a very good job at describing the property, in the description. Located less than 1 minute from I-95 and nearby to PGA Gardens Mall, and other shopping centers. Makes for easy access to all other events and opportunities of Southern Florida, to include beaches, St. Mary's hospital/Paley Institute. But you will want to stay in and relax with high speed internet, a dedicated office space, and TV's in nearly every room, including the outside patio.
