We’ll send your unique access code and arrival instructions 24 hours before check-in. Guests have access to all public areas of The St. Clair, including The Howser Tavern, elevator, lobby seating, and shared guest spaces. Other things to note • Complimentary parking is available across the street in the 3rd floor of the garage (Catfish Alley entrance behind The Grand Theatre) • Parking is not guaranteed; early arrival recommended to secure a St. Clair-marked space • Guest verification is required before check-in • Valid photo ID and matching credit card required • Background check may be required per building policy • $250 refundable security deposit may apply • Security cameras are present in common areas and outside the building (not in rooms) • No cable TV; Roku with streaming apps is provided • The Howser Tavern and Speakeasy is located on the first floor for guests 21+. Please note that the Speakeasy is only open Thursday through Saturday.
