Especially in Praia das Gaivotas, because it is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time has all the convenience of a busy neighborhood. My house has a backyard (where there is the service area and the apartment above), a small flowerbed where I grow lemongrass, drool, green chives and a papaya tree. There is a garage in front of the house, with two side gardens. In a garden live my three preas. I love living in Vila Velha. Especially in Praia das Gaivotas because it is a quiet but, at the same time, it has all the convenience of a busy neighborhood. My house has a backyard ( where there is the service area and the apartment for rent on top of it ), a small vegetable garden with aloe vera, lemon grass, spring onion and a papaya tree. Thereis a garage in the front yard with two small gardens on both sides. My three guinea pigs live in one of the gardens. Guest access You can access gvt and Netflix wi-fi. Service area downstairs with washing machine, tank and other bathroom are available for use. Just like the backyard shower to wash when you get back from the beach, too. You can access wi-fi.
