Bedroom set up is: Master (with ensuite) Queen - upstairs Bedroom 1 - Queen - downstairs Bedroom 2 - Queen - downstairs Bedroom 3 - 2 x single beds - one single is portable and can be moved if needed We also have a portacot if needed (you bring bedding). One open plan living space (kitchen/dining/family). Full kitchen with oven, cooktop, fridge and microwave perfect for a home away from home. Pod machine and milk frother a recent new addition. Front balcony is perfect to relax on and listen to local bird life. Full sized hot plate bbq located on front balcony as well. House is 4min walk from ferry and water edge. Please note the house has two balconies and children should be supervised at all times. Internal staircase as well. Baby gate installed for staircase. Full laundry facilities washing machine, dryer, including washing powder provided. Split system air conditioner and heater in living area. Portable fans to use if needed (generally lower level stays cool where bedrooms are located). Two portable oil heaters to use which are great for heating up a bedroom. This house is also our home away from home so we ask our guests to also feel at home but respect the space. Plenty of books to read. The house is fitted with unlimited NBN and a chromecast so you can watch tv or stream movies. Also a great space if you need to escape and work in peace! No alarms needed as the birds and the sound of nature will let you know when morning is here. No commercial activity on Raymond Island ensures it’s the perfect retreat to relax surrounded by the most amazing features of our Australian wildlife! Some bikes available to us (mixed variety), limited helmets. All linen is professionally laundered and fresh ready for you on arrival. (Bring your own beach towels) Guest access Whole place and yard is here for guests usage. Plenty of parking and space to park a boat if needed too. Other things to note Lots of space down side of property or out the front to park multiple cars and your boat. Public boat ramp 400m at bottom of street. Small amount of coffee and hot chocolate pods supplied (byo if you would like more). Also some bikes available to use during your stay
