Escape to our spacious 5-BR waterfront house at the 21 Mile Marker! Perfect for 20 guests, this family-friendly retreat offers panoramic lake views, a fully equipped kitchen, and a huge private dock with a firepit. Enjoy direct main channel access in a prime location. Ideal for large groups and family getaways seeking the ultimate lake experience. The space Inside you'll find: 1 King bed in a separate bedroom that sleeps 2 people. The primary bedroom on the first floor has a Queen bed and sleeps 2 people. Two other bedrooms also have Queen beds, each sleeping 2 people. There is a bunk bed room that can accommodate 6 people. Additionally, there are two fold-out chairs downstairs that can sleep 2 people, and a futon that can sleep 1 or 2 people. Multiple couches are available for additional sleeping arrangements. In total, you can sleep up to 20 people in this home, with various bed options and additional sleeping spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped, ensuring that you have everything you need for preparing meals during your stay. The stunning views from the all seasons room is a real highlight, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful surroundings regardless of the season. The dock is a fantastic place for entertainment. The inclusion of a TV and a firepit adds to the ambiance and provides opportunities for relaxation and gathering with friends and family. Whether you're watching your favorite shows, enjoying the warmth of the fire, or simply taking in the scenic views, the dock is a wonderful spot to spend time together.​​ Guest access The whole space is yours! Other things to note We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $150 per reservation will be charged after the reservation is confirmed to cover additional cleaning costs. Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be charged after reservation confirmation. Unapproved late check-out is $50. We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
