This amazing modern home is only a couple of years old and nestled in the red rocks of the property. Our home is only 25 minutes from Zion National Park and borders the Sand Hollow State Park. It's about a 500-yard walk to the reservoir. The space is tastefully but minimally decorated with concrete floors, modern appliances and cabinets. Guests will have exclusive access to the house with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a very cool back patio nestled in the red rocks. The garage is not included as the owner stores personal items there. There is only room for two cars. Please don’t bring more. Please note: There is not a carbon monoxide detector on the property because there is no gas or propane on the property. Everything is electric - run from our solar panels. We live out of town but have local help we can call upon if needed. This is the most amazing home/lot in the area. It's a 10-minute walk to the water and borders the state park trail system. OHV riders can ride trails directly from the house to the sand dunes. Hurricane Utah has all the amenities you want/need. There is a Walmart, movie theater, grocery stores, restaurants and more. St George Utah is 10-15 minutes away. You may see mention of renters upstairs in a separate apartment. We do not rent this any more.
