Cottage Winterfell

Cottage Winterfell is a pet friendly quaint TWO ROOM boutique homestay in Mukteshwar. It is ideal for couples, family and group of friends. The Cottage is based on GOT theme with subtle references. The cottage is nestled around pine trees giving a panoramic valley and mountain view. Cottage has a high speed internet access of 100 MBPS with power back up. The place is ideally located & approachable yet is an oasis of calm. Relax with your family and friends at the stylish and peaceful cottage. The space 1. The Cottage: It has a master bedroom ( Bed Size 6 X 6) with a large balcony, Living Area which converts into a second bedroom with the Murphy wall bed ( Size 6 X 5) and a functional kitchen. Both rooms have attached bathrooms 2. Kitchen : Though it is small in size, is loaded with all basic amenities & utensils even spices. Guests need to bring in Perishable items like Vegetables, meat, Eggs etc. if they want to cook for themself. 3. Garden: You will have access to private garden with a bonfire area. 4. Parking: Parking is adjacent to the cottage on the road. Since cottage is situated on the main road, parking is not an issue at all. its safe and secure though at the car owners risk. 5. Entire cottage to yourself: The cottage is booked privately and you will be the only guests. 6. Staff: We have a caretaker who available at the property from 10:00 AM till 1:00PM & will help in Dish cleaning & house cleaning. 7. Internet: We have high-speed Wi-Fi connection well suited for WFH requirements with two work station. 8. Food: Meals are NOT included. Kitchen is fully loaded and available for guest use. Cook is Available on a chargeable basic with prior confirmation. 9. Bonfire: Available at a Chargeable basis. bon fire lasts for 1.5 to 2 hours Wood is a very expensive item here. It has to be purchased from the plains, Transported to the cottage, cut into smaller pieces, brought down to the fireplace and only then it becomes usable. Guest access The morning cup of tea or coffee may not be available in bed but you are welcome to use the kitchen The kitchen is open for cooking with all staples available you will have to arrange the perishable items. For longer stays guests need to bring their groceries Just leave it clean after use. You will have complete access to the garden area. Sit back and relax and soak in the sun or read a book from our library Other things to note Disclaimer: Due to ongoing constructions in the mountains , you may experience possible noise issues at times. IMPORTANT ADVISORY: Dear Guests, these are mountains where due to natural calamities Electricity & Water supply is not in our hands, 1. For electricity:- We have an inverter for power backup which will ensure that you do not remain in darkness. 2. For Water: In case of no supply from water department during your stay, we will ensure that the water is supplied to the cottage through a Water tanker at the earliest. PLEASE BE PATIENT. 3. FOR WIFI: We have a power back up but there could be a technical snag at the service providers end, which might take some time for the service to be restored. Please be patient and Enjoy the Mountain life. Care taker is available for 2 hours everyday. Will do the cleaning and the dishes. Cook is available on prior notice on a chargeable basis depending on his availability. Bon Fire too can be arranged at a chargeable basis.
