The cottage has been updated and is perched among the trees in beautiful Lake Arrowhead. Perfect for couples & families up to 7 guests. The cottage provides all the comforts from home anyone would want for a mountain retreat just 90 minutes from Los Angeles. The space Our Serene Modern Mountain Treetop Cottage is surrounded by stunning panoramic treetop vistas. Guests can sunbathe by day and stargaze by night on the wraparound deck. Enjoy the sunset and dine al fresco after whipping up your favorite culinary creations. Cozy up with a good book or enjoy streaming your favorite show or movie on the Roku Ultra Streaming Player enabled 65" TV in the spacious media/family room. Or just retreat to one of the wonderfully appointed bedrooms. Parking: The home comes with 2 private parking spots and keyless entry. Fully-equipped with high-speed WiFi, smart home features (Yale Smart Lock, Ring, Nest, Google Assistant), central heating & air conditioning, and onsite laundry. Grill: A propane fuel grill is available for use. We provided gas tanks onsite, however guests may need to refill the tank, if frequently used. Feel free to inquire for further details. Guest access Our Mountain Treetop Cottage will be exclusive to you and your guests during your stay. Other things to note Travel: Be sure to check weather reports to prepare for any changes in road conditions. State Route 18 is the primary route to access Lake Arrowhead. Lake access: Lake Arrowhead is a private lake. Current Arrowhead Lake Association (ALA) rules in place restrict access to Lake Arrowhead, the ALA Beach Club, the ALA trails, any other ALA facility and/or any dock to all short-term renters. The general public can always access Lake Arrowhead by visiting Arrowhead Village and viewing areas such as Mackay Park. Another nearby alternative is Lake Gregory, which is a beautiful public lake just a short drive away in Crestline.
