Modern apartment with spacious terrace The space Our house is a new building, built as a passive house, from 2014 (PV system and piece wood stove heating). The apartment was expanded in 2019/2020 and newly furnished. From the apartment you can enjoy the idyllic view over the Streutal. The modern equipped apartment , "Rhönstyle" (60m²) has a spacious double room, a cozy, large living and dining area with a couch including sleeping function for a teenager from 14 years or adults and up to 2 children (up to incl. 13 years). A spacious terrace approx. 50 m², a large modern bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet and the newly furnished kitchen offer you a comfortable opportunity for your vacation. The apartment is disabled/wheelchair accessible due to its direct and ground-level access from the parking lot. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating in all rooms. For a pleasant and worry-free stay in our holiday apartment, we offer you the following INCLUDED SERVICES: – 1 set of bed linen – 1 set of hand and bath towels (depending on the number of people) – Electricity, heating and water – 2 dish towels – if needed, 1 high chair and 1 crib – Wi-Fi available free of charge! – In all the apartment, the floor is equipped with tiles and underfloor heating! - There is a locked storage for bikes/ e-bikes and ski/ snowboard. - NEW charging station with 11kWh loading power is available to our guests.
