If you need to, please request Pack & Play one day before your arrival. There are two parking spaces in the driveway. You also have free parking for more 2 cars on the courbside. BBQ Grill has an additional cost of $50 for use during the reservation. - Pool heating: Enjoy the perfect pool and hot tub temperature for just US$35 per day. Please let us know 24 hours in advance so we can have it ready for your arrival. For the best convenience of our guests, we provide basic supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and essential kitchen items like salt, sugar, and pepper for the first days of the stay. Weekly pool service: Every Friday, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM, the pool company balances chemicals. The pool will be unavailable during this time and may be used 3 hours after completion (for guest safety). Property Security Notice: For the safety and security of our guests, the property is equipped with exterior surveillance cameras located at the front porch and sides of the home. These cameras are used exclusively for security purposes and do not face any private areas, ensuring your privacy during your stay.
