The space You will stay in a unique seaside building comprising just 11 apartments, designed by Canarian architect Fernando Menis. The space stands out for its natural light and architecture, designed to provide a comfortable environment whether you are visiting to relax or to work remotely. The property is spread across two floors and is fully equipped to accommodate up to 4 guests. If you need to work remotely, a professional-grade fiber-optic internet connection (high-speed Omada system) is available, ensuring reliable coverage throughout the home. Layout and sleeping areas (upper floor): - Master bedroom: Features a hotel-quality double bed and a Smart TV with international channels (Spanish, English, German, and Italian). It offers direct access to a private, furnished balcony with views of the sea and the pool. - Second bedroom: Offers flexibility based on your needs; it can be set up with either two single beds or one double bed. It receives natural light from an interior garden and includes a blackout blind to ensure total darkness and uninterrupted rest. - Main bathroom: A full bathroom with a walk-in shower serving the bedrooms. Living area and outdoor spaces (ground floor): - Interior: An open-plan, minimalist layout integrating the living room, dining area, and a white kitchen with an island. Outdoor facilities include: - Main pool: Heated to a constant 24°C year-round. - Relaxation pool: A 12-meter-long freshwater pool, maintained at 34°C for peaceful floating and relaxation. - Children's pool: A heated swimming area designed specifically for little ones. - Complex amenities: The pool area includes communal showers and restrooms. For your convenience, we provide pool towels upon arrival. Safety and family peace of mind: The residential complex is fully enclosed and designed without architectural visual barriers. This allows families to easily keep an eye on the common areas, creating a safer and more relaxed environment when traveling with children. Other things to note To ensure transparency regarding your booking and a pleasant stay for everyone, here are the operational details for the property: - Pool hours: The pool area and gardens are open from 8:00 AM to midnight. - Cleaning and maintenance: For extended stays, a cleaning service—including a change of bed linen and towels—is provided every 3 or 4 days. - Peace and quiet: The property is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood. To ensure a peaceful environment for neighbors and other guests, we ask that you maintain a quiet atmosphere, especially during nighttime hours.
