Please note this is a National Forest and we would like to protect it, so please tie and bag all trash to keep the area clean for wildlife, respect wildlife if you encounter any and please keep speeds to a minimum while on trails to protect the integrity of trails for all to enjoy. This specific residence has enough parking for 3 cars and a trailer, there is also fee parking available at Terry Peak Ski Resort in the summer. In this HOA you can walk, ride pedal bike, motorcycles, dirt bikes and snowmobiles in the winter. Please note if you are riding off road vehicles on the road, they need to be licensed and plated for legality. Please be respectful to all guests in the area by watching for people, animals and others on motorized vehicles.
