Vacation apartment (70 square meters) with modern kitchen The space You can access the newly built attic apartment via an external staircase, and you will be surprised by the high ceilings and the wonderful view you will enjoy here. The heart of the apartment is the large living area with open kitchen. The apartment can accommodate up to 7 people. In the "Rose Room" you will find a double bed 2 x 2 m. In the "family nest" room, either 4 people can make themselves comfortable in our unusual bed or 2 people can sleep with plenty of space on one of the two 2 x 1.40 m wide mattresses. Optionally, a single bed serves as a fifth bed or as a couch. In addition to a double sink, the bathroom offers a floor-level, very spacious shower with an additional rain shower. The Ferienwohnung NaturZeit is located at 800 m altitude in the Bavarian Forest in the municipality of St. Englmar. The forest trail in Maibrunn is close by and can be reached on foot through the forest or across the road. At the same time, however, you leave behind the hustle and bustle of the popular excursion destinations in the area. The large in-house garden, the adjacent, ecologically valuable meadow and the fantastic view of the distance offer you relaxation, recreation and wonderful moments in nature. Many hiking and walking opportunities in the immediate vicinity invite you to actively experience the Bavarian Forest. In the garden, younger children can enjoy themselves in the large sandbox, while older children can play at the soccer goal, the goal-scoring wall, the rebound board, or at the ping-pong table. In addition, a box with outdoor play equipment (Frisbee, ball games, jump ropes, bouncy rubber, ...) offers variety. Of course, the toboggan run in Grün, the climbing forest in Maibrunn, the Experium in St. Englmar, and the Edelwies Nature and Leisure Park in Neukirchen are also highlights for your children.
