In winter, the pistes are your doormat. Without having to walk, you can explore the area on ski's and bring your children to the nearby ski school (20 meters). In summer, the building is a perfect holiday home for hikers and golfers. The penthouse apartment consists of two apartments. Apartment 511 is southeast facing. Entering the penthouse, the panoramic view through the grand glassfront will take your breath away. Along almost the whole living and dining area, windows from floor to the high ceiling produce natural light and will make sure that you will enjoy the amazing view of the Southern Alps from every spot in the living area. The living area has two kingsized beds which slide out of the wall, without having to rearrange the furniture. During the day, these beds can be easily concealed back into the wall without having to take off the bedlinen. The dining area has a large dining table with a capacity of 8 people. The kitchen is large and is equipped with every necessary equipment to prepare a nice dinner. The living area consists of a lounge and television. Almost all furniture is built in and is of high-end quality. The living area also gives access to the southeast facing balcony, with two sunbeds and a table with seats. The balcony is perfect to enjoy a coffee in the morning sun. Apartment 511 also has a seperate bathroom with shower toilet and water basin. The second bathroom in apartment 511 is an exceptionally large en-suite bathroom to one of the master bedrooms. It has a jacuzzi bath for 2-3 people, two seperate water basins, a toilet and a wide shower. The bedroom has a kingsized bed and a workdesk. Apartment 512 has a seperate, lockable entrance. It consists of a kingsized bed, a foldable work-desk and a large bathroom which is similar in size as in apartment 511. The northwest position of the balcony makes it perfect to enjoy the evening sun while having a first row view of the children playing on the practice slope of the Alpenrose Arena.
