Magnificent new chalet, ideally located and close to all amenities, reach the city center and the lake in 2min by car. This chalet can accommodate up to 9 people and your four-legged friend. The space The chalet is composed of : on the first floor, an entrance open on the superb kitchen with central island, fully equipped kitchen with professional equipment, a spacious living room with pellet stove giving access to the terrace with BBQ and the garden fully fenced with jacuzzi and petanque court, from this outdoor space you will enjoy a panoramic view on the Vosges mountains. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a first and large bathroom with toilet and a bedroom also opening onto the terrace. Upstairs: three large bedrooms, one of which has access to a balcony and a bathroom with toilet and sauna. An extra bed is at your disposal to install it in a room. At your arrival the beds will be made and towels will be provided, towels for the wellness area are optional. Utilities are included in the price. Use energy sparingly. Cleaning is included in the price. Parties, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited. We welcome a maximum of 2 four-legged companions. We ask that they do not climb on the beds or sofas. And a €20 supplement for 1 pet,€30 supplement for 2 pets (to be paid in cash on arrival).
