Two Bedroomed Holiday Cottage with sea views

Menagwins Court is a modern development of two bedroomed cottages set within a courtyard layout built to take advantage of the fantastic views, over rolling countryside to the sea. Located in the small village of Gorran, just one mile from the coast. The space The cottage is furnished to a high standard and has under floor heating and double glazing throughout. On the ground floor the cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine/tumble drier and a furnished dining area. There is a cloakroom with toilet and washbasin. An ironing board and iron are also provided. The fully furnished lounge has a Smart television (with Netflix/Prime Video etc), DVD player with a selection of DVDs and a digital radio with Bluetooth. There is also a selection of board games and books. From the lounge French doors lead onto the patio area with garden furniture and the communal courtyard with distant sea views across fields. On the first floor the cottage has one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with twin beds. Each bedroom is furnished and includes a radio alarm clock and hairdryer. All pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels are provided. The bathroom is finished to a high standard with toilet, bath, separate shower and wash basin. There is a folding single bed in the lounge to accommodate a 5th person. Dogs and other pets are not permitted. Guest access The courtyard is a communal area therefore full access is available. The cottage has its own patio area with patio furniture. There is a barbecue area in one corner of the courtyard (barbecue not provided). The cottages overlook a field which belongs to a local farmer and may contain livestock. There is no access into this field from the cottages. Other things to note Pets are not allowed into any of the cottages and we also request no smoking inside the building. In the parking area there is one allocated parking space for the cottage, with parking for a second car by prior arrangement. There are NO facilities for the charging of electric vehicles. It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles from the power supply in the cottage. There is a double bed settee in the lounge to accommodate a 5th person. I can arrange for Gorran Stores to deliver groceries to the cottage prior to your arrival - please send me your grocery order at least 7 days before your arrival. You can settle your bill in the shop during your stay. If you wish to arrange for a supermarket delivery after you have arrived you can do this through Asda, Tesco, Sainsburys or Waitrose. A car is recommended as there are only 3 busses a day passing through the village.
