The House On Hill Street is located in a quiet, multicultural/blue-collar neighborhood typical of Jacksonville. Our neighbors are amazing people and they gift us with wafts of seasoned meats on grills! We are minutes from access to LRAFB, local hospitals, wedding and sports venues. The space The space includes two decks, one in front and one in back, a spacious entry into the living room, 4 sleeping spaces that are comfortable and uncluttered spaces. The living room features a sectional sofa and ottoman, modern step-button lamp, bench and drawer set. Inside the drawers you will find games and spare blankets. The Living Room accesses to the following spaces: Small entry closet behind front door. Hallway 2 - Queen Bed Sleeping Space #1 - Queen Bed Sleeping Space #2 - Large full bathroom with shower/soaking tub combo - Storage closet Hallway 2 - Sleeping Space with King bed, Loveseat & TV, Dressing Area - Flex Space with Twin bed and crib. - Compact full bathroom with shower/tub combo - Door to back deck The kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee bar area and dining space that seats 6. Basic kitchen utensils, pots and pans are provided. We have intentionally left the pantry area open and available for guest use. The kitchen allows access to the laundry space past a small threshold. The laundry area accesses the back deck (left) and carport space (through side door on right). Sleeping Spaces #1 and #2 both have queen beds and closets. The large full bathroom between Sleeping Spaces #1 and #2 features a soaking tub/shower combo, sink with vanity, toilet, bathmat, body and hand towels as well as black makeup cloths. Sleeping Space #3 features a king bed, a chair, a loveseat with coffee table area and a TV. The Flex Space/ Sleeping Space #4 has a twin sized bed and crib. The Compact Bathroom features a sink, toilet, traditional tub, bathmat, body and hand towels as well as black makeup clothes. I’m Guest access Front yard, driveway and 1-car covered carport, a front and back deck area with seating. Access to the whole house and front yard with the exception of a storage closet. There is NO ACCESS ALLOWED to the backyard. Please be aware this is a renovated but older home; as such there are level changes throughout the house and the house may not be ideal for those with mobility issues. ALL ACCESS TO THE HOME REQUIRES THE USE OF STAIRS. Guests do not have access to the mailbox. Internet is provided - guest must provide their own streaming services and log ons. Other things to note The only outdoor contained area for children to play is on the back deck. There is no backyard/grassy space available anywhere except the un-fenced front yard. The front yard does have some landscaping including cacti (end of the driveway by the street) use appropriate care and caution as they do have sharp needles. Neither host nor owner are responsible for injuries. There are two cameras on the property- one at the doorbell and the other on the deck. Both cameras face outwards to the respective decks. If the guest tampers or disables the cameras we deny all responsibility for any claims made by the guest and will issue No Refunds. Please respect that we work hard on our property and we want to keep it safe and secure for ourselves and future guests.
