The Lund Harbour House is a spacious (815 sq. feet inside + 570 sq. feet of decks) custom, hand crafted suite situated on the waterfront in the Lund harbour. Private & peaceful, yet only meters to restaurants, shops, art galleries, and tour operators along a private boardwalk. It is suitable for up to 4 guests with a well stocked kitchen & fireplace. An adjacent beach area is perfect for kayak launching (yours or rent ours!) and those decks offer Lund's best place for viewing amazing sunsets. The space Originally a quaint one-room cabin that jutted out over the water, supported by pilings, it was part of a network of buildings connected by a wooden boardwalk that even stretched from the Lund Harbour all the way over to neighbouring Finn Bay. In the 1990’s, the Treadwell family bought the one-acre property and over time, added on to the cabin, slowly adding 2 more stories to create a unique one of kind coastal home. With its signature wavy shingles and whimsical windows, and a wooden carved Neptune, it draws a lot of attention from locals and visitors alike. Current owners, Hugh & Christine have lived on the property since 2008 and are now pleased to share the best part of their home with you. They have prepared a wonderful space for you to rest, relax and enjoy the best of what Lund and the area has to offer. Suitable for up to 4 guests with a galley, a head (3 piece bath), a berth (bedroom with queen bed), the cabin (living room & 2nd queen bed when needed) and the best view of our stunning sunsets. Guest access The suite, outdoor decks, private boardwalk, grassy area. Beach access nearby. Kayak launch site with private picnic area next door.
