The space The home features large open plan living areas with ranch sliders out to a wide verandah and large gardens. The interior is freshly painted and redecorated . The main living area has a heat pump and a log burner...wood supplied so you can enjoy the ambience of the log burner on cold winter nights... don't forget to check out the spectacular night sky . There is one queen suite with ensuite bathroom downstairs and upstairs the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom .There is another queen sized bedroom and a single bedroom which share a bathroom . And a separate toilet downstairs as well. The house has wrap around verandahs and uninterrupted garden views . The extensive gardens featuring mature trees , maples, rhododendrons , camelias and native flaxes attract a multitude of bird life and bird song. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, gas hobs, dishwasher and microwave. Pots, pans, dishes , cutlery , tea and coffee etc all provided. The dining table seats 8 comfortably. Play equipment for the children , a freestanding highchair, as well as a portable highchair , a cot, a portable cot, fire and stair guards are all available on request. Guest access The whole house is available to guests and plenty of parking up the drive and right by the front door. There is a lockbox at the front door for self access.
