A parking space is reserved for you in the residence parking lot. The apartment is brand new, air-conditioned and spacious. It has an open kitchen with central island, dishwasher and kitchenware offering the possibility of being able to cook there. It includes all the necessary equipment (microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer...). The living room is also fully furnished and equipped with the latest technology, such as Samsung Frame TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Wifi Internet and a Bluetooth connectable sound system. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed, wardrobe, closet and their own bathroom/shower with toilet. Bathrooms are equipped with towels/beach towels, as well as a hairdryer and small "Feel Saint Barth" welcome products. Guests can take advantage of the terrace to relax surrounded by lush vegetation as well as a magnificent view. You will also be able to eat there under the parasol in the morning, at noon or in the evening under the stars. The interior of the accommodation is non-smoking, smoking will only be allowed outside. If we find someone smoking inside, we will charge you an additional €500 to clean the entire accommodation (Curtains, sofa, sheets, etc.).
