The space The stylishly furnished 3-room apartment has a size of 55 m2 and is located on the ground floor of a seven-bedroom house in a well-kept and quiet residential area of the coastal town of Koserow. It has two bedrooms, each with a double bed (1x 180mx200m, 1x 140mx200m), a daylight bathroom with accessible shower, additional rain shower and towel heating, a spacious living-dining area, a kitchenette and a terrace with a parasol, a sun lounger and a seating area. The opaque beech hedge that frames the property gives a certain privacy. A small garden with a beach chair, just for you, completes the feel-good offer. The new, fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare food yourself. A refrigerator with icebox, sink, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, oven with integrated microwave, induction hob as well as a pot, crockery and cutlery set are available for you. A Philips broadband TV with cable connection, a DVD player with a small selection of DVDs, some board games and an internet connection (50Mbit/s) are available free of charge. For reading rats of all ages, you will find a collection of books in the living area. In the basement of the apartment, a wheelbarrow is available for their trips to the beach. In addition, the terrace is equipped with a clothes rack to dry your wet swimsuits. Your car can be safely parked in the in-house underground car park with its own car parking space. More parking is available right in front of the house. A lockable basement room is available for the bicycles of the residents. Surroundings/location: The ground floor apartment is located in the center of the idyllic Bersteinbad Koserow and impresses with its good location in the center of the island. The place is characterized by its endless white beaches and green woods. The Baltic Sea resort is located at the narrowest point of Usedom, at one side bordered by the Baltic Sea, on the other by the picturesque back water. Tip: Visit the nearby Streckelsberg, a 58m high cliff edge dune and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea. The Baltic Sea beach can be reached on foot in about 800 m. A beach entrance (staircase) can be reached via a forest path. Accessible beach exits can be found in the pier of the village. The main bike/hiking trail parallel to the Baltic Sea beach and in the forest is about 250 m away. It connects the other coastal towns and is popular with many tourists. A bike rental, various restaurants/restaurants, bakeries, a small swimming pool, mini golf course, children's playground, shopping market, gas station, the Stolz department store and the Karls Erlebnis-Dorf can be found in the immediate vicinity.  Bahntechnisch is Koserow via the Züssow – "Volgaster Ferry & #150" Swinemünde available.
