The other 2 bedrooms are located on the lower level, with dressing rooms and one bathroom. An intimate terrace with an exceptional view is the ideal place to relax. Laudry available with washing machine. Private parking is available in front of the property. The villa is located about 1.5 km from the beach, about 5 minutes by car or motobike. All rooms in the villa include fans and air conditioning. Ability to provide baby equipment: bed, high chair + stroller Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property throughout their stay. An independent studio located on the lower level of the property remains a private part of the owners who can be there occasionally.
