Due to the central location, destinations such as the Baltic Sea resorts of Kühlungsborn, Warnemünde or Rerik, the Hanseatic cities of Wismar and Rostock or the Münter and Mollistadt Bad Doberan are perfectly and easily accessible. Bright and friendly 3-room terraced house, 63 m² for 4 adults and 1 toddler. The cottage offers a cozy fireplace and a sunny and sheltered terrace with a barbecue and a garden. The spacious kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and fridge and offers direct access to the garden terrace. The living room has a cozy sitting area with a comfortable sofa bed (1.80 x 2.00), TV and Wii game console. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00) and a large wardrobe and has plenty of storage space. Modern bright bathroom with shower and toilet. At the house: parking, enclosed storage for bicycles. E-bikes/e-scooters can be charged on site. A weekly flat rate of 10.50 euros/bike will be charged for this.
