Modern bungalow with garden at Grimnitzsee

This beautiful and modern 75 sqm bungalow is located on Lake Grimnitz (about 350 m away from the beach) on the edge of a bungalow village and is only 1 hour by train or car from Berlin. The 300 sqm property has its own garden and parking for 2 cars. A large covered terrace invites you to enjoy the fresh air even on rainy days. The area around Joachimsthal is very diverse in terms of landscape and invites you to many discovery tours. The space The bungalow is newly renovated and modernly furnished and has the possibility to accommodate 1-4 guests. The extra bed for a 4th person is possible on request in the small room (bedroom 2). I can gladly provide a wood package for the fireplace for a small surcharge of 20 euros (per package) and if you wish, shower towels can be provided for a surcharge of 30 euros. Hand soap, toilet paper, dish towels and small hand towels are available in the bungalow.
