The building is in the best part of town, minutes from 4 large supermarkets, the newest mall, all banks, various embassies and best of all 2 minutes from park, with the best jogging, walking and biking park guarded by an in park police station. The space 3 bedrooms with a sliding door between two which opens it all up to a large 1 BR/Studio work room. Open kitchen into beautiful dining room which extends into the living room and balcony with small breakfast table overlooking the roofs of Santos Domingo. The main bedroom looks out over the park and ocean and villas of the neighborhood. Other things to note If electric is more than $2/day guest pays the overage. $2/day is more than the average charge without air conditioning use. With air condition the electric cost will be higher.
