The space Escape to this secluded 2,000-square-foot main-level retreat, tucked away ¼ mile off the road and surrounded by towering trees, abundant wildlife, and breathtaking star-filled night skies. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, you’ll find the perfect balance of comfort and adventure. Inside, you’ll enjoy spacious living areas with soaring cathedral ceilings, comfortable furnishings, and all the amenities of home. Step outside to wooded walking trails, listen to the sounds of nature, and gather around the campfire in the evening with complimentary firewood provided. Located within walking distance of Lake DuBay, you’ll have easy access to fishing, boating, kayaking, and beautiful shoreline views. Our central location makes it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer: * Just 20 minutes to Granite Peak Ski Resort * Approximately 20 minutes to Wausau, Stevens Point, and Marshfield * Located just off the snowmobile trail for convenient winter riding * Only 15 minutes from Central Wisconsin Airport (CWA) During the growing season, guests may enjoy fresh farm eggs and garden produce when available. Traveling with your furry friend? Convenient dog boarding and daycare services are located nearby. Hunters are welcome, and hunting opportunities may be available with advance arrangements. Whether you’re planning a family vacation, a romantic getaway, a fishing trip, a hunting adventure, or a snowmobile weekend. Country Oaks R&R offers the perfect place to unplug, relax, and create lasting memories surrounded by nature. Guest access Guest will have access to the MAIN level of the house. 2000 sq ft Main level of home, includes the 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, 2 baths, laundry room, firplace Other things to note Please Note: Guests have a private entrance to the main level of the home. The lower level is occupied by a long-term resident. There is a separate, fully enclosed basement unit, with a secure lock in place, ensuring no access or shared spaces between levels. Guests will enjoy complete privacy, and the space is quiet, with no disturbances from the lower level. --The price of the stay is for 4 guests, after 4 guests there is a extra guest fee of $30 per night per guest --No cats allowed. Dogs allowed with pre-approval and pet fee. Please message host for pre-approval prior to booking. Guests with dogs are responsible for picking up after them, any messes or feces noted on property or in the house are subject to additional fees. -- Absolutely no smoking in home minimum $500 fee applied for smoking in house. Cigarette and cigar butts will be cleaned up by guests (dispose of in provided can), any butts found will be subject to additional fees. **No cleaning products, personal hygiene products or flushable wipes can be flushed into septic. They can cause septic to backup up. Cleaning fees will be applied and any damages will be responsibility of guest.** --We live in a separate house on the property, while we encourage you to explore the wonderful property and enjoy nature walks, please be courteous of our privacy as we will respect yours. --Please follow check-out procedures to help us get our house ready for the next guest. Additional cleaning fees will be applied for any of procedures not followed.
