Other things to note --The price of the stay is for 4 guests, after 4 guests there is a extra guest fee of $30 per night per guest --No cats allowed. Dogs allowed with pre-approval and pet fee. Please message host for pre-approval prior to booking. Guests with dogs are responsible for picking up after them, any messes or feces noted on property or in the house are subject to additional fees. -- Absolutely no smoking in home minimum $500 fee applied for smoking in house. Cigarette and cigar butts will be cleaned up by guests (dispose of in provided can), any butts found will be subject to additional fees. **No cleaning products, personal hygiene products or flushable wipes can be flushed into septic. They can cause septic to backup up. Cleaning fees will be applied and any damages will be responsibility of guest.** --We live in a separate house on the property, while we encourage you to explore the wonderful property and enjoy nature walks, please be courteous of our privacy as we will respect yours. --Please follow check-out procedures to help us get our house ready for the next guest.
