The apartment 14 of the beautiful "Villa Lena" is on the 3rd floor and can be reached comfortably by elevator from the underground car park (parking included in the price). The furnishings and fittings also meet the highest standards. Even a family of 4 has enough space to spend a relaxing holiday. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with 2 full box spring beds and TV. Enjoy the afternoon sun on the quiet balcony, the view of the beautifully landscaped hillside garden and the wooded "mystical" Friedensberg. Guest access Use of the underground parking space is included. For washing and drying, coin-operated machines are available on the ground floor. A weatherproof and lockable bicycle shelter is located on the rear property. A crib and high chair can be booked. There are two different coffee machines available (filter coffee and coffee pods) Other things to note Linens and towels are not included in the price. Linen packages, consisting of a towel, a shower towel, a sheet and bed linen, can be booked optionally up to 5 days before arrival via our travel registration form for €19 per person. For dogs, an additional fee of €10 per day applies.
