White faced and howler monkeys, as well as parrots, hummingbirds and many other varieties of birds can be seen. The hilltop setting provides panoramic views of the jungle and ocean, as well as a steady and refreshing breeze. However, bugs are a fact of life in Costa Rica and the jungle, if thats not looked at as a given, Costa Rica might not be the place for you. Plenty of deck space near the pool to have a BBQ or the deck could become the backdrop for a very special wedding party and is perfect for yoga practice. It is only 5 minutes from downtown Montezuma (cozy town with amazing beaches), 15 minutes from Cobano (bank, doctor, supermarket) and 20 minutes from Malpais (incredible sunsets and surfing). Guest access The entire villa all 6 bedrooms, private pool is yours to enjoy whether you are a group of 16, large family, a honeymoon couple or a solo traveler! We have had 1 person rent our villa and 16 people rent our villa. The average size group is about 10 people. You can access the Villa through the gated internal road of Aves Hotel and Resort. Other things to note *We highly recommend and it is practically required in the rainy season to rent a 4x4 vehicle to fully navigate the roads to access the villa, explore the nature parks, beaches and restaurants in the area. *During the day Music needs to be kept to a low to reasonable volume on all outdoor deck areas and inside when doors and windows are open. Sound travels in the jungle. *No loud music or noise after 10pm in consideration for the nature and neighbors. *No Smoking is allowed in or on the outside decks of the Villa. *No illicit, illegal drug use or activities are allowed or will be permitted. *No outside or extra guests are allowed to visit or stay over night without the permission of the hosts. *No pets allowed. *We offer free SKY Satellite TV, free Nextflix and Wifi. *Power and WiFi outages are beyond our control, as it can be downside of enjoying the luxury in the jungle and natural surroundings. *During the rainy seasons please be more careful than normal not to slip when walking on the concrete and paved areas on the property and the surrounding towns. *When it rains please take the cushions off the outdoor furniture and put it back inside so you can use them when the rain stops. *Please make sure to return the house keys to the hosts at the end of your stay or simply leave them on the kitchen counter. *Covid -19 safety protocols and requirements may restrict cleaning services, interaction with hosts and normally provided services. *Finally please note that the nightly rate listed for the house on the Airbnb listing, is the base rate for 2 persons.
