High-speed Wi-Fi, Netflix & Chromecast, hot tub, parking, airport pick-up and breakfast possible The space We have created a state-of-the-art & super cozy loft from our old attic after we renovated and designed everything from scratch last year. We rebuilt a lot ourselves and put an enormous amount of love for detail into it. You have a private entrance via the staircase directly into the attic loft. SmartHome & Workplace: The complete lighting can be operated super easily by voice control. The 4K TV offers Netflix and a Chromecast is also connected, which you can use to stream everything from your phone directly to the TV. In addition, high-speed Wi-Fi with up to 500 Mbit is available free of charge. The desk offers everything you need to work, external monitor, various charging cables with adapter etc. Design & amenities: Everything should be modern and yet as cozy as possible. I have completely furnished the apartment according to my interests. Don't be surprised if a lot of it was inspired by anime & video games :) Other things the apartment offers are: air conditioning, a small balcony, an electric piano, board games and a super cuddly giant panda. Wellness & Recreation: The bathroom is a real spa oasis. The bathtub with water trap inlet offers several massage jets! In addition, some bath additives with different aromas are also available. A 3-minute walk away is also a great public swimming pool with indoor pool, outdoor pool, children's pool and flow channel. Always warmly heated. Supermarkets, gyms and several restaurants are also nearby.
