The surroundings and the village Sea and beach are 10 minutes by car. Until the beginning/mid-November the sea is warm, warmed up from summer. Also, the village has a post office and for several years even a pharmacy. Vegetables, fruits and the very good olive oil mostly come from the local cultivation. Daily several bus connections to Imperia or San Remo. The 563 inhabitants still form an intact village community with a school, a pastor, a retirement home and many festivals. For holidays, the village restaurant offers typical multi-course feast day menus. If rented during the winter months, heating consumption will be charged separately according to the meter reading.
