Modern 2 BR/2 BA apartment is a true gem. Enjoy jaw dropping ocean views from the balcony and enjoy the Isla Verde area and all it has to offer. Condo is fully equipped and this is a wonderful space to enjoy beautiful Puerto Rico. The space Master Bedroom: Queen Bed, small desk, closet and a master bathroom with a shower. There is a 39" flat screen TV with roku/netflix access. Guest Bedroom: Two Twin Beds which can be coverted into a King bed. Guest Bathroom: Shower Living Room: 55" flat screen TV with a firestick for apps and a leather sectional comfy sofa. Wifi internet throughout the apartment and wonderful views of the ocean from the couch. Dining Room: Seats 4 comfortably Kitchen: Open concept and modern custom made space which is fully equipped. Microwave/convection oven, Stove top, Toaster, coffee maker, dinnerware, utensils and pantry items. Bath and beach towels are provided for each guest. Please note that drying kitchen towels and face washcloths are not provided. Iron, ironing board, hair dryer and beach chairs are also provided and available during your stay. Guest access The condo has a private balcony with amazing ocean views. The building has direct and private access from the lobby to the Beach, private Pool, BBQ area overlooking the beach and Basketball/Tennis court. There is one assigned covered parking spot and a 24 hour security guard on duty. Other things to note There is a mandatory 7% room tax that I need to collect and will be added to the nightly rate upon booking.
