Do you prefer a quiet and secluded location in Altwesterland, but would like to reach the city center within 10 minutes on foot? Then you have come to the right place! The part of the house with more than 80 square meters of usable space on the ground and upper floor is suitable for up to 4 people. On the ground floor is the open kitchen (with oven-microwave combination, induction stove, filter & Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and wine cabinet), the living room with LG flat-screen TV, Bang & Olufsen sound system, gas fireplace, Wi-Fi and guest toilet. A south and east terrace each equipped with high-quality garden furniture and beach chair (approx. April to October) invite you to linger. The upper floor has two bedrooms with double beds (1.80 m & 1.60 m wide). One bedroom is equipped with another flat-screen TV. In addition, there is a high-quality bathroom with shower & toilet (travertine/natural stone & bath elements by KEUCO). This is a non-smoking home where pets are not allowed. A parking space with an e-charging station (for a fee) on the property is also part of the house.
