The house part with more than 80 sqm of usable space on the ground and upper floor is suitable for up to 4 people. On the ground floor is the open kitchen (with oven microwave combi, induction stove, filter & Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and wine cabinet), the living room with LG flat TV, Bang & Olufsen sound system, gas fireplace, Wi-Fi and guest toilet. A south and east terrace each equipped with high-quality garden furniture and beach chair (approx. April-October) invite you to linger. The upper floor has two bedrooms with a double bed (1.80 m & 1.60 m wide). One bedroom is equipped with another flat-screen TV. In addition, a high-quality bathroom with shower & toilet can be found (travertine/natural stone & bathroom elements from KEUCO). This is a non-smoking home where pets are not allowed. A parking space with electric charging station (for a fee) on the property is also part of the house.
