Welcome to this pleasant 240 m² architect-designed house in Cornimont, which can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests. It features a beautiful 70 m² living room with a wood-burning stove, an open-plan fitted kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large wooded garden. We look forward to welcoming you! The space The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - Large 70 m² living room with open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 14 people, and half-level lounge with sofas, armchairs, wood-burning stove, table football, electronic darts and arcade machine. - Adjoining utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, cooking appliances (raclette machine, crepe maker), iron and ironing board, cleaning utensils. On the first half-level above: - A bedroom with a double bed, cot and storage space - A library with numerous books - Board games available - Spacious bathroom with double sink, corner bathtub, large shower, changing table - Separate toilet On the first floor: - One large bedroom for four people (two double beds) - One bedroom with a double bed and storage space - A ‘wellness’ room with a four-person infrared sauna and a latest-generation electric massage chair On the second upper half-level: - Two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a single bed and storage space - Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet In the basement: - A cinema room equipped with a large screen, video projector and PlayStation 4 Outside: You have access to a fully enclosed, tree-lined garden measuring 1,300 m², with views of the mountains and forests. - Professional 5-person spa, heated all year round, ideal for admiring the Vosges landscapes The rules for using the jacuzzi spa are available in the cottage's internal regulations and displayed on site to ensure proper use by all guests. - 3 well-oriented terraces, one of which has a 32 m² pergola - Barbecue and garden furniture available - Petanque court - Children's playground: 2 slides, 3 swings, climbing wall, relaxation area under a raised playhouse An outdoor surveillance camera is installed for security purposes. It only films the immediate surroundings of the gîte and is only consulted in the event of an incident (intrusion, break-in, damage, etc.). Guest access Full access to the property and its facilities. Other things to note - Free fibre Wi-Fi - Working wood-burning stove - wood provided for a welcome flambé - Pets allowed (max. 3): allowed in the living room, garage and outside areas - not allowed upstairs or in the bedrooms (separation grid provided) - The entire house is accessible, with the exception of the boiler room and storage rooms. - Please leave the house clean, clean appliances after use and empty the bins - Bed and bath linen included: beds made on arrival (1 sheet, 1 duvet cover, 2 pillows and 1 towel per person) - Arrival between 4pm and 7pm. For late arrivals up to a maximum of 8pm, a supplement of €40 may be charged by the concierge. - Departure before 10.00 a.m., see the concierge for a late departure. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. - Welcome guide provided with all useful information - Spa opening dates are non-contractual and subject to weather conditions. - We remind you that use of the jacuzzi is subject to strict compliance with the hygiene rules set out in the regulations displayed in the house and in the welcome booklet. Any use that does not comply with these rules and affects the quality of the water, to the point of compromising the normal use of the jacuzzi for subsequent guests, will result in an automatic deduction of €300 from the deposit. This amount corresponds to the cost of a technician's journey and intervention to carry out a complete maintenance of the installation. Thank you for your understanding and vigilance.
